God Is Still in Control: A Study of His Will and Sovereignty
You’re invited to join us on Thursday nights via Zoom, beginning Thursday November 5th for a 7-week Bible study on God’s will and His sovereignty.
Together, we’ll take an honest, encouraging deep dive into the questions many of us carry: How do I understand God’s will when life is painful, confusing, delayed, or completely different from what I expected?
Through stories like Moses, Joseph, Naomi, Jonah, Samson, David, Job, and Jesus, we’ll see that God is still present and at work, even in the hard parts of the journey.
Sometimes what keeps people from growing in relationship with God is not a lack of desire, but the struggle to understand who He is, how He works, and whether He can be trusted. This course is designed to help you build a stronger Biblical foundation for trusting God when you do not have all the answers.
By the end of this course, you will:
Better understand the difference between God’s will, human choices, and God’s sovereignty.
Learn how to trust God through disappointment, waiting, suffering, and uncertainty.
Recognize when fear, pressure, or a “shortcut” may be pulling you away from faithful obedience.
Gain practical tools for seeking God’s direction in everyday decisions.
Grow in confidence that God is faithful, present, and able to redeem what feels broken.

Join us for a five-week journey as we explore the many ways God connects with us throughout Scripture and today. Together, we'll study biblical examples of God's communication, learn how to recognize His guidance, and grow in confidence as we deepen our relationship with Him.
